We are located in the Walmart Supercenter in the Austin neighborhood of Chicago, Illinois. Our location faces Kilpatrick Avenue, and the entrance to the Health Center is on the north side of the Supercenter, across from the Pickup area. Our Health Center is also accessible from inside the Walmart Supercenter. The Health Center is in the rear of the store near the Pharmacy and Vision center and across from the Health & Beauty section of the store.
Ample free parking is available just outside the entrance to the Walmart Health building, including handicap spaces.
Language assistance services are available free of charge.
Interpreting services available include Arabic, Burmese, Chinese Cantonese, Chinese Mandarin, Farsi, French, Haitian Creole, Japanese, Korean, Polish, Portuguese, Punjabi, Romanian, Russian, Somali, Spanish, Swahili & Vietnamese.

Flu shots & immunizations are available by appointment & walk-ins are also welcome. Plus, there’s no out-of-pocket cost for flu shots with most insurance plans.
Diagnostic lab tests including A1C, lipid test, pregnancy tests, strep tests, flu tests, TB screening tests, drug screenings & more are also available. So is on-site X-ray imaging.
Our licensed dentists provide a full range of dental services, from exams, X-rays, fillings, simple extractions, deep cleanings, dentures & teeth whitening, to root canals, gum therapy & treatment, sealants & fluoride treatments. We have state-of-the-art crown digital impression technology for on-site, same-day crowns & emergency appointments for immediate needs.
