This place is starting to become a problem with regards to leaks being treated as spoilers and spoilers (like, stuff not included in marketing materials) as fair game.
I'm so happy the daredevil cast will be coming back
(at least the two we know.)
Yeah the actors were great, but the writing didn't match the quality of the cast.

It's speculation based on previous incredibly strong rumors and leaks.
There's no real reason to argue this. It's not hard to put "being in a future MCU project." The overwhelming majority of people have no idea that it was even a rumor, so this thread title tells them that.
(But also, the tweet isn't a tease at all, if we're honest, and I'm not sure was threadworthy.)

Happy to see him return, along with Matt Murdoch in NWH. Just need Foggy and Karen to also return from the DD series and JB to return as Punisher. I don't care for anyone else in the Netflix universe.

But this is the kind of marketing actors do all the time when they're teasing being in a show or movie, the difference here is that there's leaks so it's not surprising to the people who already know. I follow Vincent D'Onofrio so I saw his tweet and thought that it was nothing more than some hinting. Seeing a thread on ERA about it just makes me think were gonna be talking about what the tweet is about. Not that were gonna talk about leaks.
Either way, I have no problem with the spoilers for marketing materials, it is what it is. Bit I think leaks deserve to stay in leak threads.

They're clearly adapting the comic really closely, and Fisk has an important but ultimately small role in the story - though that could be expanded if they're actually reintroducing him in this
I feel like we're at the point where we need to make a MCU Shows Spoilers (or Leaks) |OT| to avoid future incidents like this. I know we have them for major movies such as the massive No Way Home thread and for the MCU in general, but if we want to avoid future incidents like this we may need to simply condense stuff into one |OT| for people who are specifically looking at spoilers, leaks, set pics, rumors and so on, and put it into one thread. Should we do so?
